Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisational change processes across multiple departments.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
- Prepare high-quality documentation including business cases, letters and reports.
- Coordinate consultation processes and liaise with unions.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and industrial instruments.
- Manage workforce data, records and reporting.
- Provide generalist HR advice as required.
About You
- Qualifications in HR, Business or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience delivering organisational change in complex environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Prior experience as a HR Business Partner, Advisor or Consultant.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems.
