What You’ll Do

• Deliver strengths-based, trauma-informed behaviour support to clients in homes, schools, and community settings
• Conduct functional assessments and develop evidence-informed behaviour support plans
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Core and Proficient-level practitioners
• Collaborate with Psychologists, OTs, Speech Pathologists, and Social Workers
• Work locally in XXX, and surrounding areas — no long commutes
• Maintain a sustainable workload with just 5 billable hours per day, including travel

What You’ll Bring

• NDIS-endorsed Behaviour Support Practitioner status at Proficient or Advanced level
• Experience or interest in supervision and mentoring
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A passion for trauma-informed, person-centered practice
